A serial entrepreneur for decades, Mr. Seibel now serves as an advisor and board director for several start-up companies. Leveraging decades of success, he excels in various aspects of business, from customer value proposition, marketing, and sales to fundraising and leadership.

Throughout his impressive career, Mr. Seibel has succeeded as a market disruptor and business owner, beginning with Dun and Bradstreet Software in 1988 as the first enterprise requirements planning company. He then served as the executive vice president of Index Technology, the first information technology tools company, and in the same role with Cambridge Technology Partners in 1992, which quickly became the number two IPO in 1993 with a $5.6 billion market cap. Mr. Seibel continued to progress as the chief executive officer and chairperson of ZEFER in 1998 after raising $100 million for its launch, growing its revenue to $136 million in just 18 months. From 2001 to 2006, he oversaw Demantra as the company's chair and chief executive officer until the company was sold to Oracle. Moreover, Mr. Seibel garnered recognition as the chief executive officer and chair of Mobiquity between 2010 and 2016, which became recognized as the Fastest Growing Company in New England, one of the Top Mobile Firms in the World by Forrester, and One of the Five Coolest Tech Vendors on the Planet by Gartner, and was also a finalist for MassTLC Company of the Year. Hexaware then acquired Mobiquity for $182 million.

Mr. Seibel released his first book, "Press Go: Lessons Earned by a Serial Entrepreneur," in 2021. The 375-page book serves as a step-by-step guide to launching, scaling, and navigating the build of a start-up company. Mr. Seibel aims to pen at least one or two more books on various entrepreneurial subjects. In July 2023, Mr. Seibel was also selected to guest host on a podcast as an alumnus of Pennsylvania State University. The title of the podcast series was "Dare to Disrupt."

Mr. Seibel has been involved in various civic initiatives over the past decade. He has been active on the board of advisors for the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University since 1999 and for Brigham and Women's Hospital Heart and Vascular Center since 2017. Additionally, Mr. Seibel has been an advisory board member for the Penn State Startup Leadership Network since 2018. Previously he served as a board member for the Boston Public Library and Penn State's College of Engineering and College of Information Science and Technology.

A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Seibel resided in a coal mining town just outside of Pittsburgh. Surrounded by blue-collar miners and steelworkers while coming of age, including his father and grandfather, he chose a different path by pursuing higher education. Following high school, Mr. Seibel earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1973 and a Master of Business Administration from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 1975.

As part of his continued business-related endeavors, Mr. Seibel is a founding member of the New England Chapter of the Private Directors Association. In light of his remarkable success, he has received several accolades, with recognition as a Tech Luminary in the Mass High Tech and Boston Business Journal and as the Technology Chief Executive Officer of the Year by BestinBiz in 2012. Furthermore, Mr. Seibel was included in Forbes in a feature article, 'Mobiquity's Founder and CEO Bill Seibel Is Unstoppable.'
