His expertise has been honed in supporting some of the most sophisticated infrastructures in these world-renowned companies. At Twitter, he published several industry leading blogs related to technology including hardware reliability, kernel and operating systems, constraints management, databases and data analytics. While at Facebook, several tools he conceptualized, developed, and made open-source have evolved to set industry standards.
Mr. Poojary holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology, in India, an alma mater he shares with Satya Nadella, the CEO of Microsoft. During his time at the university, Mr. Poojary earned several national level technology and cultural event awards, including prizes in national level programming contests. He continues to pursue his academic efforts through Stanford University's continuing studies program, where he has been certified in a variety of subjects concerning design philosophy, organizational leadership, and data analysis. During high school, he achieved notable success in both academic and extracurricular activities, winning many literary and cultural awards and securing multiple merit scholarships. Notable achievements of his include securing the Karnataka State IT Championship award, participating in the All-Asia Bournvita Quiz Contest, and completing an internship at Infosys during his seventh grade. Outside of his professional efforts, Mr. Poojary enjoys camping, hiking, and reading books.
