Ms. Campbell went on to complete a special course at the Brooklyn Law School, and attended the Metropolitan College of New York, from which she received a Master of Public Administration Degree.

Driven to pursue a career in service to others, Ms. Campbell leverages over four decades of experience in legal service. Originally admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Jamaica in 1979, she has since distinguished herself in family and immigration law in the state of New York.
Born in Jamaica, Ms. Campbell attended high school at Manning's School in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland, which is the oldest continually operating facility of its kind in Jamaica. After serving as a teacher at St. Mary's Academy, she subsequently pivoted to legal studies at the Norman Manley Law School, from which she earned a Bachelor of Laws, with honors. During this time, she worked as an administrator in the Jamaican government – as part of her duties in this capacity, she wrote a well-received play that exhorted local farmers to opt into a social security program.
Following her immigration to the United States in 1984, Ms. Campbell went on to complete a special course at the Brooklyn Law School, and attended the Metropolitan College of New York, from which she received a Master of Public Administration Degree. Outside of her subsequent endeavors as an attorney, she has earned acclaim as a great proponent of community activism, and is a proud member of both the Metropolitan Black Bar Association and the New York chapter of the Manning's School Past Students' Association.
Outside of her primary career path, Ms. Campbell wrote a 2002 book on the subject of foster children in New York, and is presently working on a documentary on the life of reggae icon Peter Tosh, with whom she went to school during her youth.
In light of her outstanding body of work, Ms. Campbell has been honored many times, earning scholarships to the University of the West Indies and Metropolitan College of New York. Likewise, she received a Citation and an Award from Senator John Sampson, which honored her achievements. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in having received a scholarship in high school that allowed her to pursue a career in law. Looking forward, Ms. Campbell intends to experience her career's continued success while dedicating herself further to her community.
