In 2018 he became the director of franchise for RHF Talentos Vale do Sinos. He continued his career as the chief executive officer for DMW in 2019. Among his professional accomplishments, he was named Employee of the Year by IBM in 2009 through 2010.
To prepare for his career, Mr. Weksler earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Oklahoma in 2007. Well-qualified in his field, he is a Lean Six Sigma yellow belt with IBM and holds a professional coach certification from SLAC Coaching, among other credentials. Within the coming years, Mr. Weksler intends to start his family and take some time for a vacation, including buying a beach house and enjoying connecting more with nature.
