With more than two decades of excellence in construction, Mr. Lampe has earned distinction as Quality Assurance trainer and Safety coordinator for Buffington Homes of Arkansas. Since 2010 he has focused his efforts on inspecting homes from the framing stage, for life safety and ensuring high quality that needs to be achieved before the home construction process is completed. He also teaches the field managers and trades proper aspects of building, building within code parameters which transposes into a quality program throughout the build.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Lampe began his career as a superintendent with multiple home building and into a general contractor roll through residential and commercial projects. Starting Stevos Handyman and general contracting services in 1996 with a multitude of contracts and completion of projects and then moved to NWA in 2016. Subsequently has served as a construction superintendent with commercial, residential and multifamily projects and has continued his career as a Quality Assurance and Safety coordinator with Buffington Homes since 2019. In Northwest Arkansas, among his professional accomplishments from his years of experience, he was named Contractor of the Year by Keller Williams Reality S.W. in 2012/2013. He has volunteered with local charities, and at local community functions, developed continuing training classes and an infield mobile FTQ platform inspection program that delivers quality, safety and performance information in real-time.
To prepare for his professional journey Mr. Lampe has completed course work in western and ancient history, agricultural engineering, advertising, EMS and construction management. He also obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in occupational and health administration safety. He is most proud to have achieved his Certified Health and Safety Technician certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. He is one of the few to have achieved this certification for Arkansas in 2023.
