Mr. Hamman is also a virtual Chief Information Security Officer, Executive Advisor, and Owner at Collective Force LLC.
Mr. Hamman served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps between 2006 and 2010 as the rank of Sergeant and garnered expertise as a combat unit leader during Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Mr. Hamman was notably promoted to Sergeant in just two years for his actions in combat after being deployed to a war zone. He successfully served two combat tours to Iraq as a combat unit leader, counterintelligence specialist, and counter-sniper.
During his years in the service, Mr. Hamman pursued an education, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University in 2010. He also garnered a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Golden Gate University in 2012 through the G.I. Bill. Mr. Hamman holds multiple credentials in his field, including as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification-Registered Practitioner (CMMC-RP). He also received post-graduate credentials in artificial intelligence through the Wharton Business School. As part of his ongoing success, Mr. Hamman is a member of multiple industry related institutions, including the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
In light of his military achievements, Mr. Hamman was decorated with several honors, including a Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, a Combat Action Ribbon, the Iraq Campaign Medal from the U.S. Department of Defense, two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals from the Department of the Navy, and a Good Conduct Medal from the U.S. Marine Corps.
