In 1988, he established Interlock Resources, LLC, an IT staffing firm, which he grew to over $10 million in annual sales before selling his stake and investing in Advanced Resources Corporation, a company specializing in staff augmentation.
Mr. Kelley holds a Master of Business Administration in computer information systems from Lindenwood University, a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University, and an associate degree in computer information systems. In his civic pursuits, Mr. Kelley is deeply involved in the Grand Center District in downtown St. Louis, serving as the board President and Chairman of Grand Center, and is committed to its development as a prime destination in St. Louis.
