Despite her success in her corporate leadership and advisory roles, she had a passion for energy healing and spirituality, which she tapped into for three decades along with her corporate career. During the pandemic, she was spiritually guided and felt her calling was to focus more on the service of others in a way that aligned with her passion.
By starting online group healing circles and meditations, Ms. Sinha started attracting clients and it became enriching for her. So, when she moved to the U.S. with her family, she decided to focus solely on energy healing work and spiritual coaching. Since establishing VanSinha LLC, she undertakes virtual and in person, one-on-one healing sessions for her clients and continues to offer specially curated online workshops catering to a global audience. Additionally, she has participated in numerous international speaking engagements and conferences on her topics of expertise.
Furthermore, Ms. Sinha is a part of a group called 'Changing Work Collective' that focuses on conscious leadership in corporations. She also leads the U.S. Mission Million initiative of Healing Circles as part of the G100 group of the 'Women Economic Forum'. Through this initiative she aims to expand the network within the U.S. to bring in partnerships around healing. For her work over the years, she has been honored with the 'Women of the Decade Award' by the 'Women Economic Forum'. Ms. Sinha holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Xavier's College, a Master of Business Administration in Rural Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Services, and a post-graduate diploma in public relations from the London School of Public Relations.
