Through collaboration with FirstService Residential, El-Ad National Properties, and the Board of Directors, he ensures the continuous growth and recognition of ALINA Residences as one of the premier destinations in Boca Raton.
Mr. Cabieses began his career attending the advanced managerial internship program in 2003 with Hilton Hotels and Resorts. He then embarked on an eleven-year career at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, progressing to the Director of the Operations-Room Division and Director of Condo-Hotel Operations. In 2014, he transitioned to property and residential management, becoming the Regional Director for the Castle Group. Subsequently, he served as the Director of Residential for the W Hotel in South Beach / Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in 2016, eventually earning the role of Managing Director for seven years at the Peninsula Community & Residences luxury residences managed by Castle Group.
Among his notable achievements, Mr. Cabieses received the Performance for Excellence Pride Award from Hilton Hotels, was named Manager and Leader of the Year by the Fontainebleau Hotel, and was twice awarded the Site of the Year Award while managing the Peninsula Community & Residences. His outstanding contributions led to a nomination for the Greater Miami and The Beaches Hotel Association First Annual Hospitality Leadership Award. Additionally, he was recognized and featured as one of the best 100 South Florida Hospitality Leaders by the Data Research Journal.
Mr. Cabieses strategically prepared for his professional journey, culminating in the attainment of a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, where he graduated with honors, achieving the distinction of Magna Cum Laude. Illustrating his eminence in the field, he holds a license in community association management conferred by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
