During the early stages of her career, Ms. Dahl gained valuable expertise in the field as a registered nurse with Encino Hospital Medical Center and Thousand Oaks Healthcare Center. Before embarking on her professional journey, she earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from Moorpark College. Subsequently, she expanded on her knowledge while working full time by completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington and will obtain a master's in nursing in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University in June of 2024. Similarly, Ms. Dahl climbed the clinical ladder to obtain her RN III title and has received certifications in basic life support, pediatric advanced life support, and ECG and pharmacology from the American Heart Association, as well as a critical care nursing certification through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in her continued efforts to grow, learn, and adapt, which allows her to advocate and provide the best care possible for her patients. Though hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, she credits her success to her "never-give-up" attitude and her main source of motivation, her four children, who have helped to shape her into the person she is today.
