In his role, Dr. Keo manages several critical projects, through which he spends most of his time conducting evidence-based business research solutions™ and impact evaluations. As part of his daily goals, he ensures that communities and clients have access to high-quality data to improve their quality of life. The majority of his research efforts notably surround the evaluation of social programs and helping high-performing teams leverage data to make strategic decisions, from improving staff diversity and engagement to overall organizational effectiveness. Among a range of contracts, Dr. Keo has been instrumental in making an impact for American Medical Association, New Leaders, The Leadership Academy, Access Health NYC, The Institute for Nonprofit Practice, the Black Leadership Institute, and the Coalition for Asian American Children & Families, among many other organizations. Projects have been funded by major foundations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Margulf Foundation, Barr Foundation, and New England Patriots Foundation, among many other foundations.
Having garnered success in various research positions over the past decade, including for several Ivy League schools, Dr. Keo recently served as a director and visiting scholar at the University of Pennsylvania in the graduate school of education from 2018 to 2019. He was also a postdoctoral research fellow on campus between 2016 and 2018, where he was instrumental in supporting a $10 million grant. Among other opportunities, Dr. Keo was a senior research fellow at the Stanford School of Medicine.

Civically invested, Dr. Keo has generously offered his time pro bono to various organizations. He is also active as a member and president of the Asia CEO Community, US Chapter. He is also a board member of the AAPI Chamber of Commerce, Las Vegas.
Proud of his accomplishments thus far, Dr. Keo attributes much of his success to his passion and determination to contribute positively to society. He also garners inspiration from his parents, Cambodian refugees who worked tirelessly to provide for their family.
Dr. Keo earned master's degrees from the University of Chicago and Harvard University and a doctorate from Columbia University, all specializing in research methodology. He also received certification in evaluating the impact of social programs through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
A career filled with recognition, Dr. Keo was named as the CEO of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) in 2023 and among the Top Five Most Proficient Business Leaders Changing the World in 2023 by CIO Times.
