Prior to founding Christine Wetzel Design in 1996, Ms. Wetzel worked in advertising. After having two children, she decided to pivot and pursue her passion of interior design; today, her children remain her primary source of motivation, serving as a constant inspiration to her.
Among her career accomplishments, Ms. Wetzel is particularly proud of her role in overseeing a major renovation project immediately following the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite numerous supply chain challenges facing her industry at that time, Ms. Wetzel remained patient and determined to ensure everything was done correctly. With calm and determination, she dedicated herself to understanding the supply chain, and she was able to complete the project successfully.
Ms. Wetzel holds a bachelor's degree from Denison University and an interior design degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology. When she is not working or spending time with her kids, she enjoys traveling and reading.
