Utilizing his expertise in problem-solving and customer service, he oversees a staff of seven in providing customers with top-notch custom fabrication services, industrial cleaning equipment, sanitary fittings, valves, pumps, cellar chemicals and winery supplies.
A family-owned enterprise, Central Industrial Sales Inc. was established in 1997 by Mr. Jarrett's parents. After graduating from Corban University in 2005, Mr. Jarrett accepted his father's invitation to join the company in a full-time capacity. In 2008, they successfully reached a buy-out agreement, allowing Mr. Jarrett to take over the reins two years later. While Mr. Jarrett's mother has since passed away, his father, aged 73, remains an active part of the company.
As the oldest of three siblings, Mr. Jarrett developed a proactive and driven personality; still today, he is always looking for ways to improve and to be more efficient. In a display of resourcefulness, Mr. Jarrett found a creative solution for his son's broken arm, using pool noodles and tape to allow him to continue playing baseball while the injury healed. This incident reflects Mr. Jarrett's determination and his solution-oriented approach to life, where he leaves no stone unturned in his efforts to make things work.
Mr. Jarrett takes pride in his positive relationships with his employees; he enjoys empowering his team to fulfill their purpose and serve customers effectively. A religious man, he believes that his success is due to his strong connection with God and that placing importance on his faith is crucial for personal fulfillment. He values meaningful connections with others, seeing these as more valuable than success alone.
Outside of work, Mr. Jarrett stays active in his community; he serves as a deacon of his church, serves as varsity head baseball coach, and sits on the boards of Pacific Northwest Christian College and the Washington State Coaches Association. A devoted husband and father, he is committed to raising his three children, excelling as a husband, and supporting the families within his company. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, playing golf and hosting a baseball coaching podcast, "Pacific Northwest Fungo Banter."
