For nearly 20 years, Ms. Oringer has served as a residential sales, broker associate at Kinlin Grover Compass Real Estate on Cape Cod. Prior to stepping into her role at Kinlin Grover, she pursued a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Northeastern University, which she earned in 1984, and went on to gain career experience working for her family's confectionary business, Oringer Manufacturing. Thereafter, she joined Eastward Ho! Country Club, facilitating the automation of the club accounting office and software with the coordination of point-of-sale tracking between the restaurant and other club facilities.
Tracey then stepped into the position of assistant controller at Cape Cod National Golf Club, playing a crucial role in opening the club from ground zero, again facilitating the club's automation. After several years, she rose to the ranks of financial controller, a position she takes great pride in having achieved at Black Rock Country Club; another new, from ground zero club, automating and coordinating the many club facilities and facilitating management of a large team of employees.
Along with her career aspirations and achievements across the sectors of finance and real estate, Ms. Oringer is an active participant, donor and volunteer within her community. She contributes her time to a number of Cape Cod-based organizations for children and animals in the mid and lower Cape Cod regions, such as Homeless Prevention Council, Animal Rescue League, Adopt-A-Family and Lower Cape Outreach. Tracey is also a past member of the Brewster Housing Partnership and Katelynn's Closet, an organization that provides clothing to Cape Cod's disadvantaged children.
In recognition of her volunteer efforts and community service over the years, Ms. Oringer is the recipient of the 2020 Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors "Good Neighbor Spotlight Award", the 2020-2021 Kinlin Grover "Cares Award" and most recently highlighted for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors "MAR Gratitude Project Award".

In all she has pursued and achieved professionally and philanthropically, Tracey expresses gratitude to her late father, a distinguished nuclear chemist, who achieved Who's Who recognition for his work on The Manhattan Project and his expertise as a food chemist.
