In 2012, he was the chief executive officer and founder for the Sprouse Marketing Group until becoming the head of marketing for Tennis CT and the chief marketing officer for Curate in 2018. He subsequently worked as the vice president of digital subscription acquisition and marketing for Hearst Newspapers in 2022.
Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Sprouse was honored with an Arthur Ashe Award and was given the National Marketing of The Year award from the American Business Awards in 2011. He also was admitted to the Fairfield Prep Athletic Hall of Fame in 2019 for his prowess as a tennis player. Also dedicated to civil advocacy, he lends his expertise to the Mount Washington Observatory in New Hampshire, the Sleeping Giant State Park in Connecticut, the University of Notre Dame and the Fairfield College Preparatory School.
