Passionate about developing innovative solutions that alleviate the stress and difficulties faced by government employees, she also remains steadfast about creating additional groundbreaking solutions that make a difference.

Jasmine has also found success as the co-founder of PuppyWash, an automated dog bath business she established with her husband Matthew Fournier during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Finding it very challenging to wash her two muddy golden retrievers after hiking through the trails of Rolling Hills, Jasmine wished that she had a magic box that would clean her dogs effortlessly. Jasmine and Matthew brought this dream to life, working with Silicon Valley industrial designers and engineers to build an automated dog-bath that is now one of the most exciting innovations in the pet technology space.
In light of her diligence and hard work, Jasmine was nominated as one of the Los Angeles Times B2B Publishing's Most Inspirational Women in 2022 and 2023 and was featured in an article in the Los Angeles Times. She was also a finalist for the 2010 Miss California, received a Coca-Cola academic scholarship in 2008, and was honored to serve as a torchbearer in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Jasmine graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts in economics in 2012.
