He then expanded his professional education by completing a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley before embarking on his professional journey. During the early stages of his career, Dr. Castor gained valuable experience with executives from companies such as ERCO, GE, Lilly, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Novartis.
Outside of his work, Dr. Castor has contributed to his community as a volunteer with minority-based STEM programs at UC Berkeley, MIT and Harvard Medical School.
