Ensuring a better quality of life for clients through Life at Home Senior Care LLC, Ms. Carpure also provides various programs for individuals who can no longer work and must remain at home to care for their loved ones. She and her team have become well-known for going above and beyond for clients, prioritizing health one individual at a time.
Looking to expand her company, Ms. Carpure is presently involved with the transportation aspect of her business. She recently contracted with the State of Indiana to provide transportation services to Medicaid, Blue Cross, and Blue Shield recipients, helping them get to and from their medical appointments. She also launched a care home in August 2023, where clients have a designated room with 24-hour caregiving services. Ms. Carpure aims to open additional homes soon for seniors who can no longer live independently. Moreover, she envisions offering shared and transitional housing to the senior-aged homeless population by purchasing homes and renting out rooms for a nominal price instead of them having to resort to shelters.
Ms. Carpure formerly spent over five years with the Indiana Department of Child Services. She also garnered first-hand experience as a caregiver for two years while involved in social work. During an earlier stage of her career, Ms. Carpure gained experience in the banking industry.
In addition to her paid positions, Ms. Carpure has been active as a volunteer for various local and national initiatives for the Alzheimer's Association and Meals on Wheels. She has also contributed donations during the annual back-to-school year.
A graduate of Indiana University Northwest, Ms. Carpure earned a Bachelor of Arts in general studies with a minor in sociology. In light of her success, she was recognized in The Times in Business's Top 20 Under 40 list in 2023.
