She received the "Decades of Service and Outstanding Leadership Award" as a Career Role Model Program promoting Juvenile Justice Equity for Young Women from Leadership Connections, Inc. To prepare for her professional journey, Ms. Julian earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from North Carolina State University in 1973. Following this achievement, she attained a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1979. As a Travel Advisor, she holds an accreditation for cruise counseling from the Cruise Line International Association, as well as certifications from Sandals Resorts, American Cruise Line, and Virgin Voyages. She also attends specific trainings, workshops, and webinars presented by many different cruise lines and resort destinations.
In the current and coming years, Ms. Julian intends to increase sales efforts and continue to expand her growing business as she prepares for eventual retirement. She also plans to travel more herself and with her family.
