Prior to immigrating to the U.S., Mrs. Robinson devoted 10 years to working in a pediatric hospital where she spent time with children with cancer at Bustamante Hospital for Children in Kingston as a chief Medical Laboratory Technologist from 2008 to 2018. She also garnered experience as a junior Medical Technologist at the University Hospital of the West Indies in 2008.
Today, Mrs. Robinson remains passionate about supporting pediatric and cancer facilities, charities, and humanitarian causes. She volunteers and supports local and national causes, including the Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital and the American Center for Law and Justice.
Highly educated, Ms. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Technology in Jamaica since 2008 and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on sustainability from Nexford University in 2021. Moreover, she received a certification in supervisory management through the University of the West Indies in 2011. Ms. Robinson is grateful for her education because it has given her a broader understanding of health care and her role in the laboratory.
