KISSIMMEE, FL, February 16, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Roopnarain Persaud has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
For more than 25 years, Mr. Persaud has thrived as an instructor and curriculum developer for aspiring real estate professionals in the U.S. state of New York. In this capacity, he specializes in building his students' knowledge of various real estate regulations and the current housing market while honing their abilities to complete a real estate transaction. Mr. Persaud also focuses on helping seasoned real estate professionals fulfill the necessary requirements to renew their licenses as real estate salespeople or broker/managers.
Alongside his responsibilities as a real estate instructor and curriculum developer, Mr. Persaud has excelled as a consultant, planner, and the founder of RDS Multiservices, which provides an array of bookkeeping and management/planning services for more than 20 years. He had previously found further success as the manager of the Queens Democratic Committee as well as a local Bronx county neighborhood career development center. Moreover, Mr. Persaud has garnered additional recognition as the co-founder of the IndoCaribbean Council (USA), a community organization representing the interests for fellow U.S.-based immigrants from the Caribbean.
During his tenure with the aforementioned career development center, Mr. Persaud played an instrumental role in securing a federal grant valued at $36 million, which supported the assessment and training of close to 100,000 recruits of underserved and underprivileged NYC residents. He is also deeply honored to have helped more than 20,000 individuals become licensed real estate professionals, many of whom have since contributed to the growth of New York City's housing market. Several of Mr. Persaud's students have expressed tremendous gratitude for his mentorship and outward dedication to their success.
During the early 2000s, Mr. Persaud was invited by New York State to receive a proclamation in recognition of the contributions of the Guyanese Community to New York State.
He attributes a great deal of his success to his passion for changing his students' attitudes towards their likelihood of enjoying prosperous professional careers. Mr. Persaud is particularly proud to have inspired one male student to completely transform his outlook about contemporary society and the importance of contributing to his community.
In the coming years, he intends to devote more time and energy towards facilitating the reformation of the U.S.'s electoral system in order to create a more equitable and impartial world for future generations.
