The Harold & Frances Werner Thanksgiving Food Drive spans from June to August each year, where he collects money to buy food to be distributed to people in need. Mr. Werner has raised approximately $60,000 since its founding, notably matching the first $5,000 raised each year. Beyond these efforts, he formed a mentorship program, where a small group meets every Sunday to discuss goal setting, finances, and other topics. Mr. Werner believes in the importance of financial literacy, education, and giving back to help break the chain of generational poverty.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Werner studied at Clemson University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in marketing in the top 5% of his class in I 999. During his studies, he was also elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society and the Golden Key National Honor Society and served on the student government finance committee and the student council for the recruitment of marketing professors. Additionally, Mr. Werner received several credentials, making him well-qualified in his field, including certifications as a pool operator, building professional, and service technician through the Pool and Hot Tub Association (PHTA). He remains at the forefront of his industry as a member of the PHTA and the Northeast Spa and Pool Association (NESPA).
