An expert in his field, Mr. Kanthal earned a Bachelor of Science in business economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He became a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) through Positive Intelligence, and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute. Additionally, Mr. Kanthal is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds certifications for Everything DiSC Workplace and The Leadership Circle.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Mr. Kanthal aligns himself with the International Coaching Federation and the Society for Human Resource Management. In conjunction with his work, he contributes to his community as a volunteer with Project Angel Heart and the Food Bank of the Rockies.
While his career has been filled with highlights, he is most proud of taking over his late father's business at the age of 22 and of his work as a coach.
