An expert in her field, Ms. Rukashaza earned a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville before establishing herself in the industry. Throughout her career, she expanded on her professional knowledge, earning a master's degree in Organizational Change Leadership (OCL) from her alma mater, a master's degree in Legal Studies (MLS), compliance, and risk management from the Seattle University School of Law, certificates in process improvement, project management, and ISO auditing.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Rukashaza aligns herself with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and Women in Technology International. Outside of her work, she contributes to her community as a member of the work retraining advisory committee at Bellingham Technical College, and as a professional and life mentor/coach for young adults. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in creating an environment that is safe professionally and personally for all she encounters.
