Mr. Drummonds graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and operations, cum laude, in 1996. He subsequently received numerous professional credentials, including as a certified coach and trainer in EQi-2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence, DISC human behavior analysis consultant, coach and trainer through the John Maxwell Leadership and Development Program, human behavior consultant through Personality Insights Inc., and emotional intelligence consultant through multi-Health Systems Inc. Moreover, Mr. Drummonds holds certification in leadership ministry through Highlands College.
Mr. Drummonds was decorated with a Good Conduct Medal from the U.S. Marine Corps. His perseverance and faith have been critical in all his endeavors.
