While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Reynolds takes the most pride in successfully handling breast implant lawsuits and claims for more than 1,000 women for 30 years.
HOUSTON, TX, February 22, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cindy Reynolds has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Backed by years of professional expertise in law, Ms. Reynolds excels as a controller for Ambassador Arthur L. Schechter, the former Ambassador to the Bahamas, and as a paralegal with Schechter Shaffer & Harris LLP, through which specializes in personal injury law since 1991. During the early stages of her career, she gained valuable expertise in the legal field in the 1980's as a paralegal to two to four attorneys, which specialized in not only personal injury, but family and criminal law. Two of the attorneys she worked for (Denise Collins and John Ackerman) later became criminal district judges. One of the highlights while working in criminal law included a pardon for a young man who had been falsely imprisoned for rape.
An expert in her field, Ms. Reynolds attended Southern Arkansas University Technical Branch, and she received a paralegal certificate from Southwestern Professional Institute, which was an ABA accredited professional institute. In conjunction with her work, she has served as a board member for Kindness Matters since 2015. Through the organization, innovative programs are provided for children and teenagers, and the organization secured enough donations to set up a yearly scholarship at Texas A&M Veterinary Science in the memory of Peyton James. The organization continues to raise funds working towards a second scholarship program for the University of Texas. Due to her dedication to her charitable endeavors, Ms. Reynolds received a "Thank You" from President Clinton for raising money for the Clinton Foundation. She has also received "Thank You" from Secretary Hillary Clinton. She also received thank you letters from several other federal (presidential, senate, and congress), state and local candidates, as well as the Democratic National Committee, for her assistance with Ambassador Schechter in raising thousands of dollars for their campaigns.
While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Reynolds takes the most pride in successfully handling breast implant lawsuits and claims for more than 1,000 women for 30 years. Out of these, 300 cases were referred out, and she managed the remainder, obtaining settlements for clients, while simultaneously fulfilling her responsibilities as an aide for Ambassador Arthur L. Schechter. In the coming years, Ms. Reynolds intends to experience the continued growth and success of her career.
