Prior to her current role, Jennifer began her career as a housekeeper for a small 60 room Best Western in Jamestown NY. Her love for hotels began as a child. Saving her room keys from the very first hotel she and her best friend shared at the age of 12, Jennifer knew this was where she belonged.
In 2008, Jennifer moved to Los Angeles to further her career. Working briefly as a front desk agent, Jennifer quickly moved onto sales and revenue working for hotels such as Embassy Suites, Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, and Evolution Hospitality.
To increase the number of hotels and hoteliers she could help, Jennifer transitioned from working on property to pursuing SaaS sales as Director of Go Moment. Here, she sold Ivy into independent hotels and brands such as Cambria by Choice. Among her professional accomplishments, she was named Manager of the Quarter by Embassy Suites in 2014 and Manager of the Year by Hilton Garden Inn in 2016. She also helped lead Go Moment to acquisition by Revinate in 2022. Jennifer's most remarkable feat during the pandemic was guiding over 2,000 hotel sales reps to navigate the crisis, helping them secure crucial business despite immense challenges. Her achievement stands as a testament to her immense passion for people, and hospitality.
In addition to her work in hospitality, Jennifer is a powerful advocate for infertility awareness and challenging societal taboos. Having both her children through Embryo Donation and navigating the journey herself, she knows how difficult and overwhelming a process it can be. She's opened herself up to discuss with anyone needing help or to be heard. Jennifer works with EM•POWER with Moxi who are made up of 3 brilliant women set on changing the world of embryo donation.
