Ms. Didieu began her career in law enforcement serving in the South African Police Service. Her private security experience includes working as a regional vice president of Admiral Security Services, where she designed, developed, and implemented procedures that effectively managed internal and external risks. Similarly, she honed her industry skills in senior roles with Securitas Security Service USA, Inc., Ultimate Security, G4s Security Services, Peaceforce Security Group and Stallion Security. While serving with the South African Police, Ms. Didieu earned a post graduate degree in Business Management from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Didieu aligned herself with the ASIS National Capitol Chapter, where she served as treasurer. Over the years, she also held board positions with the CEO Roundtable, the Association of Tanzania Employers, and the Security Services Employers Organization, while maintaining affiliations with the U.S. State Department. Alongside her work, she has contributed to her community through the Washington DC Police Foundation and ASIS International. Similarly, Ms. Didieu serves within her church and mentors up-and-coming industry professionals.
In light of her professional achievements, Ms. Didieu has been honored many times, earning several awards through Securitas. Additionally, she received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Honorary Dr. Bilal, the vice president of the United Republic of Tanzania. Through G4S Security Services, she also became a finalist for Best Improved Profit Performance and won the award for Best Profit Improvement. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in being recognized by the President of Tanzania, Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, for her contributions to the private security industry. The cornerstone of her success lies in her mother's determination and commitment to provide for Ms. Didieu and her siblings as a single mother.
Looking ahead, Ms. Didieu continues to provide security consulting while simultaneously assisting her security industry clients by implementing uniquely streamlined processes for recruiting security officers. She also intends to establish a nonprofit organization that assists individuals in reintegrating into society after incarceration.
