As part of her continued success, Ms. Greer partners with House of Ruth, which provides support and assistance to female victims of domestic violence.
As a testament to her success, Ms. Greer was instrumental in helping over 120 students graduate from high school and garner careers in health care, including medical assisting and phlebotomy. They also earned The Champions of the Community Award from the Baltimore City Public School System under her tutelage.
Eager to grow, Ms. Greer aims to expand B'more Center for Healthcare and Continued Education by offering franchise locations in various regions. She also plans to secure federal and government contracts to develop innovative programs that will positively impact individuals' professional growth and development. Drawing inspiration from her youth as a daughter of a teenage mother, Ms. Greer's humble beginnings taught her the importance of community and giving back to help others succeed.
A dedicated civil advocate, Ms. Greer volunteers with the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (MONSE) and House of Ruth. She graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County Essex in 2011 with an associate of science degree. She also received certification as a community health care worker through the University of Maryland, credentials as a licensed Allied Healthcare instructor through the NPCE where she is an active member, and received her NCCT Post-Secondary Education Instructor Certification. Ms. Greer is also a graduate of Outreach Global Group December 2023, obtaining Community Healthcare Worker Certification in Public Health Safety.
In light of her success, Ms. Greer has been featured in a local newsletter numerous times. She has also been written about in the Baltimore Sun and featured on ABC News. Moreover, Ms. Greer received recognition with a Champion of Courage Award from Baltimore City Recreation and Parks and a Commendation Award from Zeke Cohen, a respected council member, for her contribution towards the betterment of the community. She also received a Certificate of Recognition from Mayor Brandon Scott on Dec 25, 2023.
