Throughout his tenure with Shikun & Binui, he has brought the company and renowned construction and engineering firms together to work on multi-million to billion-dollar projects, and engaged with numerous government affairs firms at the state and federal levels to advocate for major projects and relevant policy initiatives. Likewise, Mr. Dror has secured competitive grants, formed strategic partnerships with the likes of Francis Energy to develop a network of fast chargers spanning several states and additional major local and international leading construction firms.
Before obtaining his current role with Shikun & Binui, Mr. Dror worked for the company as the vice president of business and strategy and as executive adviser to the chief executive officer. Over the years, he also developed a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan for a multinational construction and real estate conglomerate with Deloitte, and taught price theory and introduction to economics as a junior lecturer at Ben Gurion University. During the early stages of his career, Mr. Dror served in the Israel Defense Forces as a captain, regiment operations and planning officer.
An expert in his field, Mr. Dror holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and psychology and a Master of Arts in economics from Ben Gurion University of the Negev, through which he received a full scholarship. In conjunction with his work, he has contributed to his community as a board member of the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy and co-chair of the eMobility committee for the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI).
