Well-regarded for her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Habsburg was inducted into the RE/MAX Lakeshore Hall of Fame in 2024, and is a member of the franchise's 100% Club.

HOLLAND, MI, March 20, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tantzi Habsburg has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Driven by a passion for the pristine landscape of the Great Lakes region, Ms. Habsburg has found success through her role at RE/MAX Lakeshore, a local franchise of the RE/MAX real estate company. Leveraging beloved memories on the shores of Lake Michigan and a deeply ingrained sense of expertise in her local area, she serves as an effective partner to clients who hope to either find the home of their dreams or sell their cherished lakeside property. Well-regarded for her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Habsburg was inducted into the RE/MAX Lakeshore Hall of Fame in 2024, and is a member of the franchise's 100% Club.

With multifaceted talent in several fields at her disposal, Ms. Habsburg brings the insight and confidence needed to offer the best lakeside properties West Michigan has to offer. She initially studied environmental science and natural resource conservation at the University of Michigan, from which she received a Bachelor of Science in 1991, and attended the Chapman School of Seamanship, earning certification in the art of sailing.

Prior to her pivot toward the real estate industry, Ms. Habsburg served for several years in the field of construction, serving as an associate at Capital Builders Inc. from 2005 to 2012. Likewise, she cultivated experience in conservation with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, and in lakeside leisure as a professional sailor.

Ms. Habsburg found herself in a challenging situation in 2012. Though she was never a stranger to hard work, a tough economic climate made it difficult for her to meet the demands of her profession in the construction industry. While meeting with a real estate agent to purchase a home, however, she realized that her vast knowledge of the building process, combined with her innate passion for the Great Lakes, could enable her to carve out a lucrative niche in the world of real estate. Seeing an opportunity to help guide others in the process of making the most important purchases of their lives, she reoriented her career goals accordingly and has never looked back.

A dedicated advocate for her field, Ms. Habsburg maintains her membership with several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the West Michigan Lakeshore Association of Realtors, and the Women's Council of Realtors, for which she has served as secretary. She has also been active with the Realtors Political Action Committee since 2018. Furthermore, as an expression of her charitable nature, she is an enthusiastic sponsor of several local charities and initiatives, including Realtors Who Care, Kids' Food Basket, the Children's Miracle Network, the American Red Cross, and Good Samaritan Neighborhood, among others.

In accounting for her success, Ms. Habsburg credits the unwavering dedication and sacrifices of her mentors, including her father, Stefan Habsburg-Lothringen, a descendent of European royalty who left his life in Austria to pursue his dream of designing automobiles, finding a position with General Motors that would allow him to do so. Though eventually diagnosed with encephalitis, which significantly impaired his ability to function, his perseverance and tireless work ethic – as well as that of her mother, who cared not only for her husband, but five children – would serve as a guiding light throughout the course of her life.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Habsburg aspires to continue serving as an effective advocate for her clients, particularly in identifying and exposing unethical practices in the industry and ensuring that they are never taken advantage of. She also hopes to finish editing her father's memoir, "My Three Lives," which will serve as a tribute to his life and experiences. Additionally, outside of her professional and philanthropic pursuits, Ms. Habsburg is working to establish a network dedicated to solo women travelers over the age of 50. By establishing a group that caters to this demographic, she aims to create a supportive community that celebrates exploration and a shared sense of adventure.
