Apart from his accomplishments in the restaurant sector, Mr. Marsilio was a licensed sales associate brokering real estate transactions in Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn, New York, from 2006 to 2008. Civically invested, he has served as a council member for the Gerson Lehrman Group and has been actively engaged with the National Down Syndrome Society.
Hailing from Long Island, Mr. Marsilio studied locally. In preparation for his career, he received an Associate of Science in hospitality management from Nassau Community College in 1998. Well-qualified in his industry, Mr. Marsilio also received credentials with a qualifying certificate in food protection through the New York State Department of Health in 2002 as well as a S-95 Certificate of Fitness with the New York City Fire Department in 2014.
