He began creating email accounts, ending up with over 50 that served no purpose. Subsequently, he became interested in how emails were built and taught himself HTML. A month before he was supposed to graduate, he discovered a job advertisement for a web designer position with the local newspaper and decided to apply. During the interview process, Mr. Bundgaa admitted he had no experience. However, he was given the benefit of the doubt and asked to create a contact form on a black screen. Rising to the challenge, he wrote a code on MS-DOS, which impressed the company's chief executive officer and earned him the job.
During the early stages of his career, Mr. Bundgaa gained valuable expertise in web design and UI/HC design with Beijing Sainaa Technology LLC and Softnet, LLC. Before moving to the United States in 2008, he also co-founded Websoftmn and served as an information technology consultant for the Global Leadership Foundation. Upon his arrival to the U.S., Mr. Bundgaa began working for BusFeed, Inc., which specialized in brand development, web site traffic growth, website UI, and advertising, and as the founder of Advertisemania, an online traffic exchange network.
In the ensuing years, Mr. Bundgaa fostered his expertise UI/UX development, front-end IT development, user experience design, leadership, and more through various design-centered roles with Artelye Marble & Granite, Oracle, and Ostrato. Backed by more than 20 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of success in solving complex problems for end-users, he excels as a UX design consultant through the eponymous Bolor Consulting, where he has worked with such clients as NielsenIQ, Avionte, SmartIQ, and Centene Corp. In addition to his consultancy work, Mr. Bundgaa is the founder and brand adviser for Photoxpedia Studio.
An expert in his field, Mr. Bundgaa expanded his professional knowledge, earning a Master of Science in engineering and industrial management through the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology. Outside of his work, he contributes to the industry as a brand adviser for the Business Council of Mongolia.
