FRAZEYSBURG, OH, March 21, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sandy Frost has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

From a young age, Ms. Frost was driven to pursue a career in journalism. After starting her junior high newspaper called The Marshall Mirror, in ninth grade, she was the first junior in Roosevelt High School's 75-year history to be named editor-in-chief of The Roosevelt News in Seattle, Washington. Subsequently, she was named editor-in-chief of a paper called The Galaxy during her communications studies at Yakima Valley College (YVC) and helped the institution win First Place in its first Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ) Region 10 competition. SPJ Region 10 includes Washington, Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. She was also named "Student of the Year."

After college, she joined the U.S. Navy and earned a certification in advanced electronics technology, responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and repair of more than 60 KW-7 crypto gear in the Navy's "Hunt for Red October" Secure Acoustic Data Relay system in Norfolk, Virginia. In addition to being a Navy veteran, Ms. Frost is an original shareholder in Ahtna, Inc., an Alaska Native corporation.

After active duty, she was a Navy wife for 11 years, volunteering as a Navy Relief interviewer and ship's Ombudsman to handle family challenges during 6-month deployments of the Belleau Wood LHA-3. Navy Relief volunteers assist Sailors and Marines and their families during emergencies and times of need.

After returning to civilian life, Ms. Frost utilized her expertise in the military as an electromechanical assembler for Boeing. Over the years, she broadened her professional horizons, working as a technical writer for Multipoint Lighting, Milmanco, and Eldec. Driven by a passion for investigative journalism, she became a reporter and copy editor for "The Marinas Variety" in Guam. Drawing on years of varied experience, she excels as an investigative journalist for Frost Files, LLC, Newshooks to Newsbooks and Newsvine.com, through which she has uncovered large-scale nonprofit fraud. She's also reported on the Amelia Earhart Tinian Expedition, and wrote "Diary of a Meth Rescue" for Rense.com. She also wrote the cover story "Masons Facilitate Prostitution at U.S. Taxpayer Expense" for Namaste Magazine UK. She's contributed to the Seattle Times, the Everett Herald, and KWYZ Radio. Alongside her work with Frost Files and Newsvine, Ms. Frost owns NewsHooks 2 NewsBooks through which she published four eBooks at Smashwords.com. Frost Files LLC was formed to publish her four eBooks into hard copy books.

To remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Frost aligns herself with the Society of Professional Journalists and Investigative Reports and Editors. In addition to the investigative articles she has written and published online over the years, she has written four eBooks. These are "Vampires of Charity: Secret Societies, Human Trafficking and FDA/DoD Fraud at Taxpayer Expense," "The Cassandra Frost Collection: A Decade of Writing on Remote Viewing, Intuition, and Consciousness," "Pirates of Charity: Take What You Can, Give Nothing Back," and "Hollywolf," written for her Granddaughter's 12th birthday.

For her outstanding accomplishments in journalism, Ms. Frost has won five SPJ awards with three focusing on her most recent articles on nonprofit corruption. Her work as a Director on the SPJ Seattle Pro Chapter board helped the group win First Place twice in national competition as well as the National Award for Diversity. While her career has been filled with highlights, she takes the most pride in being known as a "one-woman newsroom." Though hard work and dedication have brought her far in her career, she credits her success to her optimism and a lifelong sense of gratitude. Looking ahead, Ms. Frost aspires to be a Pulitzer Prize nominee and testify before Congress about nonprofit corruption, human trafficking and FDA/DoD fraud.
