Among several other noteworthy roles, Mr. Mistry was the director of solution strategy for modern work/employee experience and the director of go-to-market for employee experience with Microsoft between 2021 and 2023 and rose from an associate director of consulting for digital business and information technology strategy practice to the vice president and partner at Gartner, a Connecticut-based firm, from 2013 to 2021. During an earlier stage of his career, Mr. Mistry worked for such organizations as Align, CA Technologies, Kepner-Tregoe, and Tata Consultancy Services.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Mistry has played a critical role in efficient business development and operational engines that have significantly impacted companies such as Microsoft and Gartner. His leadership was particularly notable during the COVID-19 pandemic when he accelerated growth despite unprecedented challenges.
Beyond his professional life, Mr. Mistry has been active in his community as a youth baseball coach and mentor/coach to young consulting professionals. He has volunteered and donated to various worthy causes, including Susan G. Komen and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
The foundation of Mr. Mistry's success lies in his education. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University at Buffalo in 2005 and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on finance, strategy, and global business management from Fordham University in 2012. These academic achievements have been complemented with credentials as a project management professional through the Project Management Institute and certification as a scrum master through Scrum Alliance. Mr. Mistry also received designation as a Six Sigma Green Belt through Villanova University.
