As proof of her dedication to her community, Ms. Leary has been active with Women Who Succeed since 2022, which comprises a community of women and a program of the nonprofit Success in Education Foundation, whose mission is to provide girls and young women with opportunities to grow confidence and leadership skills via various literacy, technology and mentoring programs, internships, and more. In preparation for her professional career, Ms. Leary studied at Salt Lake Community College, earning an associate degree in general studies.
