She was involved in financial planning and control from 1994 to 1996 at the company's HQ in Tokyo and as a business planner between 1996 and 1999 at Sony Latin America in Miami. Ms. Mollick also imparted her knowledge as a lecturer in the college of business administration at the University of Texas-Pan American from 2009 to 2010.
Outside of her professional life, Ms. Mollick has enjoyed giving back to various causes. She notably served on the board of the South Texas Juvenile Diabetes Association from 2012 to 2014.
Ms. Mollick's academic background includes an educational journey that began with a Bachelor of Arts in international studies, with honors, from the Universidad de Monterrey in Mexico in 1989, a master's degree in international trade law from Yokohama National University in 1994, and a second master's degree in accounting, with honors, from the University of Texas-Pan American in 2010. Ms. Mollick also received credentials as a certified public accountant and is fluent in several languages, including English, Japanese, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Throughout her career, Ms. Mollick has been recognized for her contributions and excellence. She has received recognition from GE Aviation and the South Texas Juvenile Diabetes Association. Ms. Mollick was also notably part of a team that secured first place in the National Case Study Competition hosted by KPMG International during the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting event in 2008.
