Samantha Jallah Lauded for Excellence in Law

Samantha Jallah lends years of expertise to her work with Radical Bench, LLC and Geisinger

    OKLAHOMA CITY, OK, March 27, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Samantha Jallah has been included in Marquis Who's Who. A seasoned attorney with 20 years of experience in the healthcare, banking, management, and nonprofit industries, Ms. Jallah excels as the chief executive officer of Radical Bench, LLC. As an executive coach, she provides coaching, training, and consulting services to law firms, lawyers, and others. Alongside her work with Radical Bench, she is an assistant general counsel for Geisinger, where she advises corporate-level executives and senior leaders on complex matters in pharmacy, sales, operations, compliance, medical management, marketing, information technology, and more. Additionally, Ms. Jallah is a subject matter expert in Mental Health Parity, the CARES act, COVID vaccination requirements, and ERISA changes related to federal public health emergencies, and leads the Regulatory Oversight Committee through which she is the editor of the ROC Report.

During the early stages of her career, Ms. Jallah worked as associate counsel with Geisinger and as a healthcare associate for Post & Schell, P.C. Similarly, she honed her expertise through various positions with The Coca-Cola Company, Weinburg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, and the Wilmington Savings Fund Society Bank. Over the years, she drafted orders and opinion as a judicial intern for The Honorable Calvin Scott, Jr. of the Superior Court of Delaware in New Castle County. She revised state regulations governing a federal nutrition program as assistant counsel for Pennsylvania's Office of General Counsel.

Before starting in her field, Ms. Jallah earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2001. Subsequently, she expanded her professional knowledge, completing an MBA in healthcare management from American InterContinental University, a JD from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson Law School, and certifications through the Certified Life Coach Institute. Driven to remain abreast of changes in her fields, Ms. Jallah has aligned herself with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Toastmasters International, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the National Black MBA Association.

Outside her work, Ms. Jallah contributes to her community as a mentor with the National Black Law Students Association, through her church, Crossings Community Church, and a nonprofit that her husband runs called YesLiberia. Due to her vast breadth of knowledge, she has contributed to numerous publications, including "When Networking Means Careworking," "Confessions of a Job Seeker," "Who's Managing You? Strategies for Associate Development" and "Hope is Hard to Come by a Year after George Floyd's Death, but It Starts with Discipline for Police Wrongdoing," which was featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer. Ms. Jallah has also leveraged her expertise at speaking engagements through the American Association of University Women, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and several institutions of higher education.

In light of her professional achievements, Ms. Jallah has been honored many times, earning an Outstanding Law Student Award from the National Association of Women Lawyers, the Black Achievers Award from the Walnut Street Branch YMCA Delaware, and the President's Club from the Wilmington Savings Fund Society Bank. She has also been inducted into the National Biological Honor Society and the International Honor Society in Business, Management & Administration. While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Jallah takes the most pride in rising to become an assistant vice president within five years of starting in the banking industry and becoming a subject matter expert on COVID-19 and public health emergencies.

Ms. Jallah credits her amazing and supportive family for helping her through difficult times. Within the coming years, Ms. Jallah intends to help law firms with the development and retention of employees and to equip lawyers with strategies and tools for excelling in law and life.
