Beyond academia, Dr. Pawlowski found success as a mediator and negotiator for the Commission of Human Rights for Dade County between 2009 and 2010, where she applied her expertise in conflict resolution to serve her community.

Complementing her professional endeavors, Dr. Pawlowski is deeply committed to community engagement and outreach. She remained actively involved with Nova Southeastern University's community programs amidst her busy schedule as a doctoral candidate. She remains active today by participating annually in events such as the American Heart Association walk and is dedicated to suicide awareness initiatives. Her outreach efforts extend to speaking engagements aimed at underserved communities to secure educational funding. Dr. Pawlowski has also added value to area high schools by speaking publicly and hosting college preparation seminars and workshops. As a dedicated civic leader, she has also been affiliated with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and as a board of director member for the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Pawlowski's academic background is equally impressive and foundational to her success. Her undergraduate studies were completed with a Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Angers in 2005, and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of Central Florida in 2007. She subsequently earned a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution in 2011, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with a specialization in Organizational Conflict in 2023 from Nova Southeastern University. Moreover, Dr. Pawlowski received certification in French language and literature from the Eurocentres Language Schools in 2002, as a certified diversity professional through the National Diversity Council in 2019, and completed the Social-Behavioral-Educational Comprehensive course through the CITI Program.
In recognition of her academic excellence, Dr. Pawlowski was honored with lifetime induction into the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society in 2014 and has remained an active member of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority Inc. since 2002, and as a member of the Nova Southeastern University Alumni Association since 2011.
Adding to her professional success, Dr. Pawlowski has been affiliated as a member of the Society of Human Resource Management Association, the Human Resource Association of Broward County, and the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association. Looking toward future opportunities, she envisions herself continuing to engage with global communities while furthering her academic contributions through workshops and journal publications related to her dissertation on The Digital Footprint Effect: A Grounded Theory on the Influence of Social Media and Human Resource Managers Hiring Decisions. Additionally, Dr. Pawlowski looks forward to opportunities that will allow her to teach nationally and abroad.
