Before transitioning into business ownership, Ms. Mack-Bazemore's leadership skills were evident through her experience as an auditor for The Buffalo Group in Houston in 2012 and during her tenure as an ALSSM (Administrative Logistics Security Specialist Manager) for IDS-ACADEMI-Blackwater in Kabul, Afghanistan, between 2012 and 2016. During an earlier stage of her career, she displayed her talents at KBR Inc. an information services and engineering contracting company in Baghdad, Iraq, as a Maximo Customer Service from 2007 to 2011.
Apart from her work-related contributions, Ms. Mack-Bazemore honorably served her country as a Petroleum Supply Specialist in the U.S. Army from 1987 to 1995.
Ms. Mack-Bazemore's educational background includes a diploma from Jack Yates High School, Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from University of Phoenix, and coursework in mechanical engineering at Prairie View A&M University. She also received several professional credentials, including as a project management professional, certified professional property specialist, CompTIA Security+, and ScrumMaster. Additionally, Ms. Mack-Bazemore is recognized as a Six Sigma green belt.
Ms. Mack-Bazemore is a professional member of HCEDD. During her college years, she was recognized twice among the list of honorees in Who's Who Among American Junior Colleges.
