Before establishing her own company, Ms. Clarke's professional successes brought her from the courthouses in Denver, Colorado, to the White House, across the world, and working alongside of people in the highest levels of the U.S. Government, all the way to a senior executive role at Amazon. In her most recent role at Amazon, she led an organization that developed comprehensive training programs to enhance cybersecurity measures across the organization, and she oversaw the creation and launch of Amazon's first and only cybersecurity Public Service Announcement. Previously, she was a Senior Manager at Amazon Web Services between 2020 and 2022, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the company's security infrastructure. Ms. Clarke's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure with the U.S. Department of Defense in Fort Meade, Maryland, from 1999 to 2020, where she earned the rank of Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service. Her early career was marked by her contributions as a Grant Coordinator for the Center for Sex Offender Management in Silver Spring, Maryland, in 1999, and an adult Probation Officer for the City and County of Denver, where she was recognized as one of the first 50 probation officers in Colorado to become certified to supervise sex offenders, between 1995 and 1999. Prior to supervising adults, Ms. Clarke was a Case Manager who supervised delinquent juveniles assigned to a pre-trial release program.
Beyond focusing on her business, Ms. Clarke is currently completing her book, which is expected to be published soon. Outside of her professional endeavors, since 1999, she has been a committee member for The Zachary Hebda Foundation Inc., a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to raising funds for cancer research to cure childhood cancer and supporting children who are fighting the disease. Ms. Clarke is also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and previously served as a team administrator for Columbia Ravens Football Inc. from 2016 to 2021.
Ms. Clarke's professional journey is underpinned by her solid educational foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in English from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1994. Ms. Clarke also received numerous credentials, including qualification as a Special Agent by the U.S. Department of Defense and several coaching certifications from ACT Leadership/Brown University School of Professional Studies, and the International Coaching Federation. Moreover, she garnered an Everything DiSC® certification through Wiley Workplace Learning and Leadership Circle Profile certification through Leadership Circle™. The common thread present in her life along the way, has been her desire to help and influence others to be successful and the best versions of themselves.
As a prominent member of the coaching industry, Ms. Clarke is active in the International Coaching Federation. Throughout her career, she has been honored with several accolades, including an Outstanding Probation Member award and multiple Leadership Awards.
