In her role as a peer support navigator, she spearheads a pilot program aiding individuals transitioning from incarceration back into society by providing them with essential resources and support for 12 weeks pre- and post-release.
Prior to her current role at Our Village Okeechobee Inc., Ms. Mosley served as a case manager at New Horizons of the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee from 2020 to 2021. Here, she honed her skills in client support and resource coordination. Before this, she was a guidance counselor at Osceola Middle School during the 2019-2020 academic year, where she provided critical academic and emotional support to students. From 2018 to 2019, Ms. Mosley began her professional journey as a children's mental health youth coordinator with the Okeechobee County School Board, where she coordinated outreach programs and supported teenagers in need.

Balancing a rich professional life with personal pursuits, Ms. Mosley is currently advancing her education with graduate coursework in social work. Her past leadership roles on the Local Bowling Association Board of Directors for Martin County USBC reflect her dedication to community involvement outside of her career focus. A former competitive high school bowler, she continues to enjoy bowling as a leisure activity. Recently married to Tyler, a United States veteran furthering his education in accounting, they share their home with their beloved Pitbull mix.
Looking ahead, Ms. Mosley is driven by her goal to become a licensed clinical social worker, aiming to expand mental health resources within Okeechobee County. Her long-term vision includes establishing a mental health practice to enhance service accessibility for community residents and addressing the current scarcity of adult mental health services in the area.
