In those capacities, he participated during flagship sales presentations and reengineering initiatives across national and key accounts. Collaborating with the majority of Fortune 100 clients and the largest K-12 and higher education customers in the nation. Mr. Lee's leadership throughout this time is marked by a strategic approach to expanding human health ideology into animal and agricultural health verticals to enhance and protect our nation's food supply.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Lee became one the world's first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professionals (LEED AP) specializing in Operations and Maintenance. Championing over 500 product development and project teams to achieve progressive sustainability and continuous improvement benchmarks for his top clients. Moreover, Mr. Lee garnered a wealth of global experience from his time in the White House Communications Agency during his service as a Communications Specialist serving the in U.S. Army. Directly supporting the Secret Service during two Presidential appointments between 1991-1997.
As a proactive advocate advancing increased productivity and improved workplace environments, Mr. Lee has been active on the policy and legislation committee of the High-Performance Building Congressional Caucus Coalition. He has also been active on the task force for COVID-19 and other respiratory infections with the International WELL Building Institute and as a faculty member of Green Seal. Furthermore, Mr. Lee was a founding member of the U.S. Zero Waste Business Council to realize both source reduction of material and reduced waste to landfills. These many endeavors by Mr. Lee have raised public awareness about environmental issues and promoted sustainable practices among consumers and within business-to-business entities. Through advocacy and education, he aims to make a lasting impact on environmental conservation for future generations.
Aside from his full-time career endeavors, Mr. Lee was a member of the Fredericksburg Generals. National AFCA Semi-Professional Football Champion in 1996. As a cornerback and special teams standout, he went on to try out for multiple NFL teams and eventually coached collegiate football at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, VA. A book featuring the team's success and several of the players, including Mr. Lee, called "A Gameball for Frank" is available in book stores and is expected to be released as a human interest movie very soon. In pursuit of his competitive nature, health and wellbeing, Mr. Lee continues to compete in Irish Football, Rugby, sand Volleyball, and numerous Spartan or Tough Mudder events with his sons and close friends.
Mr. Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business management from Western Governors University in 2007 utilizing his G.I. Bill benefits he garnered from the U.S. Army. Over the years he has received numerous professional credentials, including as a certified trusted advisor in global biorisk pandemic response through the Global Biorisk Advisory Council. He also garnered a certificate from the Excellence in Speaking Institute, Ty Boyd Inc., and LEED AP O&M Indoor Environmental Quality certification through Green Business Certification Inc. Additionally, Mr. Lee holds certification as a health and fitness trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers and as a lean six sigma green belt through the U.S. Department of Defense.
In light of his success, Mr. Lee was decorated with a Presidential Service Badge from the U.S. Army in 1992. He was also recognized as the Executive Manager of the Year in 2004 and has been a valued contributor to any sales or operations project team for his organization and clients he serves.
