Dr. Lee is the founder, speaker, teacher, and author at Fresh Insight Worldwide, where she has been sharing the Good News, and truths concerning the Lord's heart for people since 2019 (though in totality, for decades). Prior to founding Fresh Insight Worldwide, Dr. Lee was employed by EXOS as the IBM Performance Coach, from 2015 to 2023, leading IBM employees into deeper awareness and actions toward higher levels of human performance. She also served on the leadership team of Northway Church from 2016 to 2020, and contributed her culinary skills to Faith Family Church in 2015. Her academic contributions include her role as an Associate Instructor of Sports Marketing and Management at Indiana University Bloomington from 2010 to 2014. Dr. Lee's early career included internships and assistant positions that honed her expertise in image communication, professional brand development and student leadership development. Notably, she was a guest relations staff member for the Indianapolis Colts during the 2009-2010 National Football League season, and held a marketing and ticket sales internship with Pacers Sports & Entertainment in 2009.
Dr. Lee's commitment extends beyond her professional endeavors as she serves as a junior high Sunday school teacher in her local church – Cathedral of Life, and actively participates in community service through her role at Cathedral of Life in working with inner-city youth. These experiences have allowed her to further impact lives by imparting wisdom and guidance to younger generations.
Building upon her solid educational foundation, Dr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Ohio University in 2023. In 2014 she earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Performance with a minor in psychology, and a Master of Science in Athletic Administration / Sports Management in 2010 from Indiana University Bloomington. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdepartmental Studies (Health Sciences – Health Coaching) from the University of Iowa in 2008. Additionally, she earned a certification in entrepreneurship from LinkedIn in 2016.
Dr. Lee attributes her success to her close relationship with the Lord. Through that relationship, as well as discipline and consistency, her life is unfolding.
