Mr. Wyan's entry into teaching was inspired by his time in the Navy, where he mentored young sailors as a submariner. Mr. Wyan is deeply committed to his family life, especially as a father to his daughter. Outside his familial responsibilities, Mr. Wyan enjoys various activities, including watching movies, playing video games, reading, writing screenplays, weightlifting, karate and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
