Earlier in his career, Mr. Depaola was a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual from 2014 to 2016. In this role, he honed his expertise in personal financial planning for individuals and families and excelled in selling life insurance, annuities, and individual investments for retirement. Before pivoting into finance, Mr. Depaola found success as a salon director at Couture 360 Salon & Spa from 2010 to 2014, where he managed business operations and client services. He also worked as a sales representative at Nordstrom between 2004 and 2008, where he developed foundational skills in sales and customer relations.
Mr. Depaola earned an undergraduate degree in health science and public health with a minor in marketing from Ball State University in 2007. His education has been complemented by active involvement in industry-related organizations, including as a member of the executive committee for ProVisors since 2023 and as a part of the National Association of Plan Advisors. Mr. Depaola has also served as a speaker before the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors.
Outside of his career, Mr. Depaola is deeply involved in philanthropic efforts. He has led events coordination for the Barbara Bates Foundation since 2013 and has held a similar role with the Walter and Connie Payton Foundation since 2012. His charitable spirit extends to donations supporting Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
