Similarly, she leveraged her expertise in networking and relationship development as a grammar and writing teacher at the University of Puerto Rico. An expert in her field, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics with a minor in English Education and a Master of Arts in English Education for Second Language Learners from Universidad de Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. Over the years, Ms. Rosas-Nazario has also received a master's certificate in government contracting, a certification in managing and writing federal proposals, an online instruction certification, and a secondary level teaching certification.
Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Rosas-Nazario is affiliated with the National Contract Management Association, the Project Management Institute, and the Central Maryland chapter of the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association International. Due to her vast breadth of knowledge, Ms. Rosas-Nazario has authored "Exploring the Writing Process across Modalities: Learning Face-to-Face and Online Classrooms" and "Testimonios Afro-Puertorriqueños: Using Oral History to (Re)write Race in Contemporary Puerto Rico." While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Rosas-Nazario takes the most pride in maintaining continued success for her team across all contracts and customers supported.
