While raising a family, she worked various jobs before returning to college to complete her education. Whereby she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Master of Science degree in counseling, along with a Criminal Justice Counseling Specialist Certification.
Ms. Harvey's treatment focus is on emotional healing and empowerment through acceptance. Because of her commitment to healing and her desire to ensure affordable and professional mental health services are accessible to everyone, Ms. Harvey is updating her nonfiction books based on her background, training, and experience. She plans to have it republished and back in bookstores by the end of 2024.
