In this capacity, she also collaborates with information technology specialists and other healthcare specialists. Previously, Ms. Moede was the program manager for Oregon Health and Science University and the interim vice president of information technology at Tri-City Medical Center.
Throughout her career, Ms. Moede has significantly impacted the organizations she has participated in. Her management and consulting positions with Ernst & Young/CapGemini, Kaiser Permanente, IBM, TK Moede Consulting, Inc., and the Mark Twain Medical Center, where she served as a project executive and consultant, are a testament to her valuable contributions. In the early stages of her career, she honed her expertise in migration planning management, process workflow improvement, healthcare consulting, project management, and process improvement with St. Joseph's Health System, Dignity Health, TK Moede Consulting Services, Centinela Freeman Regional Medical Center, Brotman Medical Center, Tenet, IBM, and Phoenix, where she began her career as a respiratory therapist.
While working for Phoenix, Ms. Moede pursued a Bachelor of Science in healthcare administration from Northern Arizona University. Subsequently, she expanded her knowledge by completing an MBA in healthcare services from the University of Phoenix, a project management professional certification/PMP, and a respiratory therapy technician certification/CRTT. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, Ms. Moede aligns herself with the Business Relations Management Institute, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the Project Management Institute, and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society.

Although many opportunities have shaped her career trajectory, she credits her success to a recovery program that turned her life around. It gave her the focus and energy to take better care of herself and support others in similar situations. Additionally, she notes that her high school teacher, Betty McIlvain, ASA fast pitch softball champion, has been integral to her success among other mentors over the years. Looking ahead, Ms. Moede intends to travel more out of the country, engage in local non-profit homeless agencies as a volunteer, and enjoy the beauty of Oregon.
