After a decade, she transitioned into the medical device space holding various leadership roles with Medtronic, Stryker Corporation, and Smith & Nephew. Shaherah fostered analytical thinking, leadership, and communicative skills through each role that led to her success.
Shaherah's educational resume is equally impressive. She boasts a Bachelor of Business Administration in organizational leadership from the University of Memphis and an MBA from Bethel University's College of Professional Studies. Subsequently, she expanded her professional knowledge, earning a Master of Science in biotechnology from the prestigious Morehouse School of Medicine, a project management professional certification through the Project Management Institute, and a clinical researcher certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals.
